Q. What does it cost?
A. That depends on what you want done to your image or images.

My fee is $25.00 per half-hour.

Most basic images can be enhanced in as little as 30 minutes. A modeling glamour shot requiring body sculpting and lip or eye work can require an hour to an hour and a half.

Use the link at the bottom of the page, upload your images and tell me what you would like done to each image. I will respond within 24 hours with your quote and a link for pre-payment if you accept the order. If I have additional questions or concerns, I will email you.

Q. What kind of payment do you accept?
A. I accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. All payments are handled by PayPal.com, so your credit card information is safe and secure. I will send to a invoice using Paypal.

Q. How long does it take to retouch my photo?
A. My normal turnaround time is 5 days. Rush orders are available at additional +50% of the price.

Q. What is the best format to submit my photo in? JPEG, TIFF, PSD?
A. Photos must be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi and saved as a JPEG, TIFF, or PSD.

Q. Can I mail a print to you and have you scan it and retouch it?
A. No. Photograph can be digitized by scanning. Local photo labs can digitize your photographs for you, converting your printed photos to digital format and storing them on a CD. National chains such as Walgreen's, CVS, Wal-Mart, Staples, Office Max and Kinko's can also perform this service for you.

Q. Who does your retouching?
A. All of my work is done right here in Orlando, Florida by myself.

Q. How is the final version delivered?
A. I use a file delivery service called "YouSendIt.com". Upon delivery you will receive an email notication with a link to click on to download the images to your computer. Final versions are generally made available in JPEG format unless another format is requested at the time the order is placed.

Q: Do you keep a copy of my files?
A: Yes, I keep a before and after archived for 3 years.
